Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Your vision will become clear when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.
Carl Jung
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy has been found to reduce depression, anxiety and PTSD symptoms and is a supportive treatment in adjunct to the therapeutic process.
Our work with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions would be integrated in the therapy process. My approach to this work is we will work with this really effective treatment modality as an adjunct to somatic integrative therapy and your therapy goals.
Here are some examples of how KAP might help you and what I love working with:
- Attachment wounding/parts work/developmental trauma healing, support and growth
- Accessing and expressing deeper parts of Self to feel more integrated and whole
- Healing the maternal line – revealing understanding, compassion, forgiveness
- Working with shame and protective/adaptive parts with compassion and kindness
- Feeling and repairing complicated grief and loss of loved ones that have passed
- Ancestral healing and re-connection to feel belonging and resource the support available
- Healing religious trauma. Reclaiming embodied personal truth and Spirituality
- Embodiment and empowered expression of creativity
- Re-homing back to Self and our connection to the elements and the Natural world
- Increased embodied intimacy, vulnerability, compassion with Self and loved ones
- Inspired purpose, developing trust of inner knowing and intuition
- Expand capacity for mindfulness to feel and be present in the moment
*Note. Working with KAP does not guarantee the above will occur. It is areas that I have seen support folks in the journey work and where KAP has personally been an ally to help me heal and grow in my own healing journey.
How does it work? Simply said, ketamine assisted psychotherapy can help enhance and accelerate the therapeutic process, because it has been found to loosen the defenses that keep us stuck, so that we can have more insight, feel our emotions and body and process what is unresolved, and open us to greater insights and possibilities.
Ketamine sessions require preparation, 3 hours sessions, and integration. You would work closely with me in collaboration with a collaborative team to support you. After a ketamine assisted psychotherapy session(s), we will continue the integration process together, as I will be working with you closely, to enhance the benefits of embodied and real change into everyday life.
If you are currently working with a therapist, and seeing me for ketamine treatment only, your therapist, Sara Sentell, ND, LAc with the Ren Clinic and I will work closely together as a team to support you.

Sliding scale: $1,800–$2,500

We invite you into a shared community space for those navigating the complex terrain of grief related to death and dying. These experiences can bring a wide range of responses, including anxiety, depression, dissociation, conflict with loved ones, loss of meaning or purpose, spiritual disconnection, and hopelessness.
This group is for anyone who is experiencing grief around the death of a beloved person or animal–past, recent, or anticipated. Together, we will hold space for grief while also making room for gratitude, healing, forgiveness, and a new sense of possibility of presence, love and vital joy. As part of the process, we honor that our helping ancestors—those who came before us and have passed on—can be powerful allies and resources of support, helping us remember our deep interconnectedness beyond time and space.
