EMDR

And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

Anaïs Nin

EMDR addresses core issues getting in the way of being fully in the present.

It helps with liberating the trauma and habitual patterns held within the body and mind that keep you stuck. It helps to shift perspective frozen in the past to a more adaptive views.  It helps to process and integrate memory of past trauma and attachment wounding. You will still remember what has happened, but you will experience a sense of relief and freedom from the pain of the past and can open you to resiliency and innate resources in the present.
